Terms of Service

The service

Amply is a software service that helps you analyze a website, suggest improvements, draft a simple marketing plan, and connect optional tools such as Google Analytics or GitHub. By creating an account or using Amply, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your Amply account credentials, for activity under your account, and for keeping contact details accurate. Do not share your password. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.

No guarantee of marketing results

Amply provides guidance, drafts, and tooling. It does not guarantee traffic, conversions, ad performance, search rankings, or any other business outcome. You decide what to approve and publish.

Your site and repositories

You keep ownership of your website content and code. Amply only opens GitHub pull requests when you approve them. You are responsible for reviewing changes before merge and for complying with third-party licenses and platform rules.

Ads and billing

If you run paid ads through Google, Meta, or similar platforms, billing stays with those platforms — not an Amply wallet. Amply does not pay ad networks on your behalf from Amply funds. You remain the account owner for those services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Amply to:

  • Break the law or infringe others’ rights
  • Attack, scrape behind logins, or overload websites you do not have permission to analyze
  • Attempt to bypass Amply security or access other users’ data
  • Abuse AI features in ways that harm others or violate provider terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amply and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from site changes you approve, third-party platform outages, ad spend you authorize, or AI output you choose to use. Amply is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.
