Privacy Policy

Who we are

Amply (“we”, “us”) is a web app that helps people improve a website and market it in plain English. For privacy questions, email hello@nilamflow.com.

What data we collect

Depending on how you use Amply, we may process:

  • Account data — email address, password (hashed), or passkeys you register for sign-in.
  • Product data — website URLs and related workspace settings you add.
  • Site content for analysis — public page content Amply fetches when you ask it to analyze a site.
  • GitHub App metadata — installation info and the repositories you choose (Amply uses a GitHub App install, not personal access tokens per product).
  • Google connection data — OAuth tokens (stored encrypted), account labels, and Analytics property / measurement IDs you choose.
  • AI feature data — prompts and model responses needed to run analysis, planning, and coaching features with the AI provider configured for your Amply instance (for example OpenAI, Gemini, or Grok).

Why we use this data

We use this information only to provide Amply: sign you in, analyze sites you add, open approved GitHub pull requests, help you connect optional services, draft plans, and show results. We do not sell your personal data.

Google user data

Amply uses Google OAuth so you can connect Google Analytics (Admin). With your permission, Amply can list or create Analytics properties and measurement IDs that you choose. Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted and used only to provide Amply features you request.

Amply’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising to third parties, and do not use it for serving ads unrelated to Amply’s features.

GitHub

Amply connects to GitHub through a GitHub App installation on your account, then lets you pick a repository per product. Amply opens pull requests only after you approve. Amply does not use personal access tokens as the normal per-product path.

Third parties

We rely on service providers to run Amply, which may include:

  • Hosting and infrastructure for the Amply application
  • AI providers configured for your instance (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or xAI Grok)
  • Google (OAuth and Analytics Admin APIs you connect)
  • GitHub (App install and repository access you grant)

These parties process data only as needed to provide their services to Amply.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect Google from Amply’s Connections settings. You can remove or change GitHub access through GitHub’s App settings and Amply’s product connection flows. You can delete your Amply account from Settings → Profile (“Delete account”), which removes your account and its resources from Amply.

Some backups or logs may persist for a limited time after deletion as part of normal operations, then are removed according to our retention practices.
